Blitz Bonanza – Terms & Conditions of Use

This agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the Blitz Bonanza website and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). Please read these terms carefully. By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you understand and accept the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any provision, you should not use the Platform.
- Introduction
Blitz Bonanza is an interactive digital entertainment service that offers users a range of social games and virtual currency-based gameplay for recreational purposes. No real currency is needed to play. You may play at no cost.
- Acceptance of Terms
Your use of the Platform constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. Continued use of the Platform following any updates to these policies constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
- Eligibility to Use the Platform
3.1 Age and Jurisdiction
To access the Platform, you must be of legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and reside in a permitted territory as defined in our Participant Eligibility Requirements. Access from jurisdictions where the Platform is prohibited is strictly disallowed.
3.2 Proof of Identity
We reserve the right to request age and identity verification documentation at our discretion. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension or termination.
- Registration and Account
4.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of the Platform, users must create a verified account by providing accurate personal information. Users agree to maintain and promptly update this information.
4.2 Security and Access
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity conducted through your account.
4.3 Multiple Accounts
Each user is permitted to maintain one (1) account. Creating or using multiple accounts may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balances or access rights.
- Deposits and Virtual Currency
5.1 Purchasing Virtual Items
Users may choose to purchase virtual coins or tokens through approved payment methods on the Platform. These virtual items hold no intrinsic value and are provided solely to enhance the entertainment experience.
5.2 Pricing and Charges
All prices for virtual items are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Users will be notified of the total cost, and all charges must be authorized by the holder of the payment method.
5.3 Non-Refundable Transactions
All purchases made on the Platform are final and non-refundable, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
- Responsible Participation
Blitz Bonanza is committed to promoting safe and responsible social gameplay.
6.1 Time-Out and Self-Exclusion
Users can request temporary account suspensions (“Time-Out”) or voluntary long-term exclusions (“Self-Exclusion”). Self-Exclusion periods are irrevocable for a minimum of six months. During this period, the user will not be able to access their account.
6.2 Behavioral Monitoring
We reserve the right to monitor user behavior and intervene, restrict, or suspend accounts showing signs of excessive or harmful activity.
- Account Termination and Inactivity
7.1 User-Initiated Closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Verification procedures may be required for closure requests.
7.2 Termination by Blitz Bonanza
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable laws, or for any activity deemed suspicious or fraudulent.
7.3 Inactive Accounts
If your account remains inactive for 60 consecutive days or more, we may classify it as dormant. Virtual balances and items associated with dormant accounts may be forfeited without notice.
- Intellectual Property
All intellectual property associated with the Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, design elements, logos, game mechanics, and software, remains the exclusive property of Blitz Bonanza and its licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on this content without express written permission.
- User Conduct
You agree to use the Platform in accordance with all applicable laws and ethical standards. You must not:
- Interfere with the functioning of the Platform.
- Use automated systems to access or manipulate gameplay.
- Modifications and Service Availability
We may update these Terms and the Platform content at our sole discretion. Major changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and are not liable for downtimes, errors, or delays.
- Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, Blitz Bonanza disclaims all liability for damages, losses, or claims arising from Platform use, system outages, third-party service disruptions, or unauthorized account access.
- Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
All disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be governed by the laws and jurisdiction specified in our Participant Eligibility Requirements. Users agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration and waive the right to participate in class action litigation.
- Third-Party Services and Links
The Platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services. Blitz Bonanza does not control or endorse such third parties and disclaims all liability for their operations or policies.
- Contact and Notices
All communications, including legal notices and support requests, must be sent via the official support channels listed on the Platform. Notices shall be deemed received once acknowledged by our support team.
- Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with the Governing Policies, represent the entire agreement between you and Blitz Bonanza concerning the Platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
